However, paying the registration and SLS-membership fees via bank transfer is still strongly preferred over paying cash at the conference site.

In case you need an invitation letter to apply for a visa, please contact the Organizing Committee and provide the following information:
- name and surname (as in passport)
- address
- passport number
- date of issue and date of expiry of the passport
- date and place of birth
